What are your opening hours?

Answer: Our standard opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 1.00pm

We offer extended hours during the busy harvest season. Please contact us for these hours.

Do you offer delivery on parts?

Answer: Yes we do. We can offer you a wide range of delivery options including timed next day deliveries, standard next day delivery and economy delivery.  Some larger items can also be sent on a pallet delivery service.

Occasionally if we do not have a part you require in stock, many of our suppliers can ship them direct to you.

What are your delivery charges for parts orders?

Answer:  Unfortunately prices will vary and be dependent on the delivery choice required for your goods to be despatched by and will also be affected by other things like weight and carton size.

When you place an order we will let you know of the delivery cost and we will always try to ensure the cost of delivery is kept to the minimum.

Can you deliver my machine?

Answer: Yes we can, as we have our own fleet of vehicles that can deliver your machine right to your door.

Our cost for delivering a machine is dependent on the size and type of machine and therefore can vary. Your sales representative will provide all the information you require prior to delivery and organise this for you.

What payment options do you offer on machinery?

Answer: You can pay for your machine by cash, cheque, debit or credit card and any form of electronic transfer such as BACS or CHAPS.

We can also offer a range of very competitive finance packages from carefully selected partners. Finance is subject to status.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Answer: Yes we do. We offer a 30-day credit account for parts and service (not wholegoods), but this is subject to status and can be withdrawn at any time if our credit terms are not met.

How can I pay for my goods or service bills?

Answer: You can request to open a 30-day credit account (subject to status), or you can pay by cash, cheque, credit/debit card and electronic payment such as BACS transfer.
