Our busy Parts Department source both genuine and non genuine parts for all makes and models of agricultural machinery, including our main franchises Deutz-Fahr, KUHN, Merlo and Polaris.
This position would suit a hardworking, efficient individual who enjoys communicating with customers and working as part of a team
Duties include:
- Serving customers over the phone and in our showroom
- Parts identification
- Goods receiving
- Picking and ordering parts
Applicant requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere
- General computer skills and familiarity with email and internet use
- Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery is advantageous
- Full driving licence
