We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Workshop Team.

R C Boreham & Co is a 3rd generation, family run Agricultural dealership, with over 55 years of trading in the industry behind us. We are main dealers for Deutz-Fahr tractors, Kuhn Farm Machinery, Polaris UTVs and Merlo Telehandlers and offer aftersales care including servicing work, repairs and forklift testing and we now have a job vacancy for a Service Administrator

This busy customer-facing role, would suit a driven and organised individual. Working closely with our Service Manager, you would be a key part of the efficient operation of our Service Department.


Duties include:

  • Answering incoming Service Department calls and gathering information on the job
  • Assisting the Service Manager with job scheduling
  • The managing and distribution of Technician paperwork, including inputting timesheets
  • Liaising with customers on job dates & times, job progress and additional repairs
  • Creating, writing up and checking of job cards for accuracy
  • Assisting technicians with the organisation of parts
  • Managing and keeping on top of work in progress
  • Processing of invoices
  • Inputting warranty claims in a timely manner on various manufacturers’ systems
  • Communicating closely with the Parts and Sales Departments


Applicant requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills – experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere
  • Agricultural knowledge is an advantage
